The DST centi temperature and depth logger has long battery life. It weighs only 12g in water and 19g in air, the size is 15 mm x 46 mm.

DST centi series is specially designed for tagging fish, for analysing fish migration, distribution, feeding behavior, vertical  and horizontal movements.  The DST centi temperature and depth archival tag can be used externally or internally (implanted into the body cavity) on fish.  If tagged internally, Star-Oddi delivers the tag with a plastic tube attached (if desired), the tag is ideal for research on other marine animals as well and as a stand alone logger for sampling in the ocean, fresh water or other situations for collection of temperature and/or depth (pressure) measurements. The DST centi is also ideal as a small underwater temperature logger, or as a waterproof temperature and pressure monitor in diverse industries.

DST milli type is specially designed as a small archival tag for tagging fish, for analysing fish migration, distribution, feeding behavior, vertical  and horizontal movements and weigths only 5g in water and 9,2g in air, the size is 12,5mm x 38.4mm.

DST milli is also ideal as a stand-alone logger for temperature and depth recordings in oceans or fresh water environments. It can for example be fastened to fishing gear or other underwater equipment, collecting valuable data. 
The small size makes it feasible for temperature-pressure measurements in various liquids.

DST GPS measures temperature, pressure (depth) and listens to a GPS signal from sonar.

 Data is stored in a non-volatile internal memory. All recordings are time related, utilising a real time clock inside the recorder.

The cost effective and small size construction of the DST GPS archival tag has been possible by carefully selecting modern micro-miniature electronic components and successful sensor development at Star-Oddi.

The DST GPS fish tag has been equipped with the unique user specified features for optimising the tag's performance when receiving and storing in its memory the fish GPS position.

Smallest TD logger in the world!

This is the world's smallest TD logger, and stores 21,738 measurements per sensor in its internal memory. The temperature range is -1°C to 40°C (30°F to 104°F) and the depth range up to 1200m depth. Battery life is 12 months and the sampling interval can be defined in second(s), minute(s) or hour(s).  With this small temperature and pressure logger the scientist can tag smaller fish with DST than before.

• The DST compass measures additionally to temperature and depth, relative directional movements of the DST, with reference to the magnetic north.
• The measuring parameters are measuring the magnetic field in two directions.
• The compass version has +/-15° accuracy,  the user can program it to show heading as a four or eight point compass, or in degrees.
• The DST compass allows the scientist to take frequent sampling of the direction, since different intervals can be set for the compass and the depth-temp measurements.
• The performance of the DST compass is optimum when positioned in a horizontal plan.

The DST milli-PU  is a miniature data logger available with two sensors, temperature and pressure

The DST milli-PU data logger is a small waterproof temperature and pressure monitor that is placed inside a sample can or bottle with a "Spider Cap" bracket that places the data logger in the center of the can/bottle, insuring accurate data collection and minimizing the possibility of leaks. The DST milli-PU logger dimensions are 38.4mm (length) x 12.5mm (diameter).The main purpose of the small pasteurisation monitor is to improve the biological stability of the final product.
