Still safe operations in Iceland

Star-Oddi has received questions on the current situation in Iceland after the volcanic eruption on January 14th in the south-west part of Iceland. We are safe as is the vast majority, and operations are running as usual.

The volcanic activity is confined to a small part of the country. The small town of Grindavík has been evacuated as the eruption caused damage on houses and infrastructure in and around the town. The eruption stopped after a few days.
